摘要
肿瘤心脏病学近年来受到肿瘤学和心脏病学领域越来越多的关注。传统教学方法强调教师教授,医学生被动接受,已经不能满足肿瘤心脏病学科专业人才培养的需求。PBL教学法是注重医学生参与的教学模式,近年来备受重视。探讨PBL教学模式在肿瘤心脏病学教学中的应用,结合自身实践经验,客观分析这种新型教学模式的优势、并且对这种教学模式在应用过程中案例及问题设计、教师培养、评价体系等方面出现的问题进行分析,探讨解决方案。
Cardio-oncology has attracted more and more attention in the field of oncology and cardiology in recent years. Traditional teaching methods emphasize on teacher's teaching and student's passive acceptance, which can no longer meet the needs of professional training in cardiooncology. Problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method is a kind of teaching mode that emphasizes student's participation, which has received much attention in recent years. This paper explores the application of PBL teaching model in cardio-oncology training, objectively analyses the advantages of this new teaching model combined with its own practical experience, and analyses the problems in case and problem design, teacher training, evaluation system and other aspects of this teaching model in the application process, and explores the solutions.
