摘要
目的对智能医疗形势下急救中心加强卫生人才队伍进行探讨。方法对比急救中心利用智能医疗形势建设卫生人才队伍前后的各项相关指标水平、医疗人员对管理前后的满意度。结果加强管理之后急救中心的卫生人才质量显著改善(P <0.05),且卫生人员对改革建设后的满意度显著提高(P <0.05)。结论智能医疗形势下急救中心加强了卫生人才队伍的建设,取得了理想的结果,对医疗机构现存的卫生人才信息化不足、人性化服务水平低等问题进行了改善,同时也提高了卫生人员的专业水平和素质。
Objective To explore how to strengthen the health talents team in emergency centers under the situation of intelligent medical treatment. Methods The levels of relevant indicators before and after the establishment of health talents team by emergency centers using intelligent medical treatment, and the satisfaction of medical personnel before and after management were compared. Results The quality of health talents in emergency centers was significantly improved after strengthening management (P < 0.05), and the satisfaction of health personnel on the reform and construction was significantly improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion Under the intelligent medical situation, emergency centers have strengthened the construction of the health personnel and achieved ideal result, improved the information deficiencies of medical personnel in emergency centers and humanized service level, also improved the professional level and quality of the health personnel.
