“工匠精神”引领高职院校学生素质教育探析

Probe into Quality Education on Higher Vocational College Students with the Guidance of "Craftsman’s Spirit"

“工匠精神”引领高职院校学生素质教育,既是我国制造业转型升级的必然要求,又是高职院校提升人才培养质量的迫切需求,更是高职院校学生成长成才的现实诉求。高职院校应以敬业的职业道德教育为重点,引领思想道德素质教育;以精业的职业精神培育为核心,引领文化素质教育;以专业的职业技能培养为中坚,引领职业素质教育;以创业的创新思维培养为抓手,引领创新创业素质教育。高职院校需要加强思想理论引领,注重校园文化熏陶,增强专业教学实践。

The quality education on higher vocational college students should be carried out with the guidance of "Craftsman’s Spirit", which is not only the inevitable requirement for China's manufacturing industry to transform and upgrade, but also the urgent demand of higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent cultivation;besides, it is a realistic demand of higher college students for their growth and study. The author thinks that higher vocational colleges should focus on professional ethics education and carry out ideological and moral education based on it;cultivate students’ professional spirit to guide cultural quality education on them;use professional vocational skill training to lead vocational quality education;foster students’ creative thinking in the quality education of entrepreneurship and innovation. These can be realized by higher vocational colleges from three aspects: strengthening ideological and theoretical guidance, paying attention to the edification of campus culture and strengthening practice in the teaching of specialized courses.
