西藏光核桃种质资源的种核特征分析

Seed Characteristics of Prunus mira Koehne Germplasm Resources in Tibet

对西藏光核桃主要分布区的种子进行了实地采样和分析,结果表明西藏野生光核桃总体上属于单核重比较轻,核比较短、窄、薄的类型。核尖一般比较钝,核面光滑,核纹少。对光核桃桃核的长、宽、厚和单核重的分析表明其属于种核较小的原始类型。

The seeds of Prunus Mira Koehne in Tibetan were sampled and analyzed in the wild. The results showed that the wild Prunus Mira Koehne was the type of light seeds,and the seeds were shorter,narrower and thinner. Their tip was generally blunt,and their surface was smooth,and the lines were few. The analysis of the length,width,thickness and the weight of the peach seeds showed that it belonged to the primitive type with smaller seed.
