农业气象观测记录年报表审核系统设计与实现 被引量:7

摘要 为满足农业气象观测资料归档与服务的需求,解决农业气象观测记录年报表长期处于人工审核的问题,采用面向对象与模块化结构技术,开发了由数据层、技术层、应用层和用户层4层架构组成,具有年报表管理、电子审核、格式转换等业务功能的农业气象观测记录报表审核系统(AgMOReview)。本文介绍该系统审核方法、审核流程、审核方式等,通过构建系列审核策略数据表,配置相关观测项目的检查内容,从观测项目与内容的完整性、一致性和观测要素的阈值检查等方面进行综合审核,实现了作物生育状况、土壤水分、自然物候以及畜牧气象观测记录电子报表的自动审核业务。该系统自2015年起在全国各省(区、市)气象部门推广并投入业务运行以来,每年审核与标准化全国2000多份台站农业气象观测记录电子年报表,效果较好,表现出良好的稳定性、可靠性和可操作性。 In order to meet requirement of meteorological observation materials filing and service, and solve the long term problem of manual review of agricultural meteorological observation records annual report, the annual report review system(AgMOReview) of agricultural meteorological observation records was developed by adopting the object oriental technique and modular construction technique, which was consisted of four level frameworks including data level, technology level, application level and user level, the system had the business functions of annual report management, e-reviewing, format conversion etc. This thesis introduced the techniques of review method, review procedure, review mode and so on. Through the construction of review strategy data sheet series, allocation of inspection content of related observation items, comprehensive review was performed from the aspects of the integrity, consistency of observation item and content, and the observed elements’ threshold inspection etc. Thus we realized the automatic review business for the e-report of crop growing situation, soil moisture, natural seasonal phenomena and raise livestock meteorological observation records. Since 2015 when it was operated in the business of meteorological department in each province(municipality, autonomous region), the annual e-reports more than 2000 stations and agrometeorological observation records were reviewed and standardized, and the system showed good stability, reliability and maneuverability.
