康复新液联合利多卡因+呼吸机氧疗在COPD合并口腔溃疡患者的应用

The study of nursing technique in COPD patients with oral ulcer with Kangfuxin solution combined with lidocaine + respirator oxygen cure

目的:探讨康复新液联合利多卡因+呼吸机氧疗在COPD合并口腔溃疡患者的应用效果。方法:100例COPD合并口腔溃疡患者随机分为2组,各50例,观察组采取康复新液+盐酸利多卡因+氧疗配合基础护理;对照组采用常规护理。比较2组口腔溃疡愈合、依从性、呼吸功能情况。结果:护理5 d、7 d后观察组口腔溃疡愈合情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 001);护理3 d、5 d、7 d后观察组患者依从性较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 001);观察组COPD、呼吸功能改善情况提高明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:康复新液+盐酸利多卡因+氧疗、配合基础护理方法能够有效提高COPD合并口腔溃疡的护理效果。

Objective: To explore the nursing effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with lidocaine + respirator oxygen cure in patients with COPD combined with oral ulcer. Methods: 100 patients diagnosed as COPD combined oral ulcer in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 patients each group. Intervention group was treated by Kangfuxin solution,lidocaine and Oxygen cure, with primary care, and control group was treated by primary care. Oral ulcer healing,compliance and Respiratory function were observed in patients. Results: After 5 days and 7 days, the number of patients with oral ulcer healing in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with 31 and 34 patients. After 7 days of nursing care, the compliance of patients in the intervention group was 50/50, while control group was 35/50, with a significant difference. The rate of patients treated with COPD in the intervention group was 45/50, while control group was 35/50. The rate of patients effectively improved respiratory function was 42/50, while control group was 30/50, with a significant difference. Conclusions: The treated method by Kangfuxin solution, lidocaine and Oxygen cure, with primary care, can effectively improve the nursing effect of COPD combined with oral ulcer .
