梁漱溟哲学思想对当代中国高等教育国际化之启示

THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF LIANG SHUMING’S PHILOSOPHY TO HIGHER EDUCATION INTERNATIONALIZATION FOR CONTEMPORARY CHINA IN THE NEW ERA

梁漱溟先生的《东西文化及其哲学》对东西文化进行了解读与批判。在东西方社会环境巨变的全球化背景下,梁先生的东西文化哲学观点对当代日益热化的中国高等教育国际化和发展路径仍具有启示意义。从梁漱溟《东西文化及其哲学》视角来看,中国高等教育国际化是"西学东渐"的延展,"国际化"亦非"全盘西化"和"外国化"。在经济全球一体化的当今形势下,高等教育作为文化传播的主要载体和高层次人才培养的重要基地,"国际化"发展道路势不可挡。

Liang Shuming’s book published nearly a century ago, Eastern and Western Culture and Their Philosophies, gave the interpretation and critiques of the eastern and western cultures, and now still provides a new insight to China’s higher education internationalization and its development path in the context of globalization. In view of this, the internationalization of higher education in China is an extension of spreading western culture to the east, and internationalization does not indicate a complete westernization or foreignization. In the context of economic globalization, higher education becomes the carrier of culture transmission and the important base for high-level talent cultivation, and needs to keep up with the trend of international development. It is of practical significance to reflect on Liang Shuming’s book, Eastern and Western Culture and Their Philosophies, for both the theory and practice of China’s higher education internationalization.
