新时代高校研究生党建工作科学化探析

RESEARCH ON THE SCIENTIFICALIZATION OF PARTY CONSTRUCTION FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS IN THE NEW ERA

高校研究生党建工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,是做好高校研究生思想政治工作的"龙头"。现阶段高校研究生党建工作成效显著,但尚存不足之处,研究生党建工作方式方法与创新水平亟待提升。阐述了新时代高校研究生党建工作的重要性与紧迫性,剖析了当前高校研究生党建工作所取得的成绩与存在的突出问题,提出从制定规章制度、规范培养过程、科学设置党支部、完善考核制度等4个方面加强和改进新时代高校研究生党建工作的方法与路径。

The Party construction for postgraduate students, an important part of the Party construction in colleges and universities, is the key to ideological and political education of postgraduate students. At present, the work of Party construction for postgraduate students has gained remarkable outcomes, but there are still some shortcomings, for instance, limited working methods and lack of innovation. In this article, it is first emphasized on the importance and urgency of Party construction for postgraduates in the new era. Then the achievements and major problems are examined, so as to propose solutions to improve and strengthen the construction in the following four aspects, i.e. formulating rules and regulations, standardizing the training process, setting up Party branches scientifically and improving the assessment system.
