摘要
[目的]研究学生自我评估在医学生临床实习中的应用效果。[方法]对2017年5月至2017年9月至呼吸内科临床实习的医学生,应用多种方法进行学生自我评估(学习计划、自评及互评、反思、问卷星平台进行入科及出科问卷调查),并结合其它方式(教师的引导及反馈、出科理论考试、Mini-CEX考试)保障学生自我评估的实施。[结果]33位医学实习生参加课题研究。通过学生的自我评估,大部分学生的学习热情、学习主动性、学习效果都有了提高。[结论]在有效措施保障下,自我评估能提高医学生临床实习效果,有助于医学生自主学习、终生学习的习惯培养。
[Objective]To evaluate the application of student self-assessment in clinical practice of medical students.[Methods]Subjects in the study were medical students who practiced in Department of respiratory medicine from May 2017 to September 2017.Various methods were used to carry out student self-assessment,such as learning plan,self-assessment and mutual-evaluation,self-examination,questionnaire survey taken before and after clinical practice on the platform of Questionnaire star.Other ways were combined to ensure the performance of student self-assessment,like teacher’s guidance and feedback,academic knowledge exam and Mini-CEX.[Results]33 medical interns were enrolled in this study.By self-assessment,most students increased their enthusiasm,initiative and effect in learning.[Conclusions]With effective measures,student self-assessment can improve students’learning achievements and help medical students develop autonomous learning and lifelong learning habit.
