摘要
产品艺术设计专业“工作室制”工学结合人才培养模式是以校企合作、工学结合为平台,以完成实际项目为主线,学生在教师或者技术专家的带领下,通过参与项目和社会服务获得职业技能和职业素养,成为企业一线设计技术人员的一种人才培养模式。“工作室制”工学结合人才培养模式实现了学习与职业岗位的零距离,为高职教育提供了一种创新型人才培养模式。
The “Studio System” of the Product Art Design Major integrates working and learning in its talent cultivation mode based on the platform of school-enterprise cooperation. In this mode with practical projects as the mainline, students are trained to obtain occupational skills as well as professional qualities and become the frontline design and technical personnel under the leadership of teachers or technical experts through the participation in projects and social services. The“Studio System” integrating work and study has achieved a zero distance between study and professional positions and provided an innovative talent training mode for higher vocational education.
