二胎政策下老幼共居的家居空间设计探索

中国全面开放二胎政策的出台,原有三口之家的家庭结构正在发生着深刻变革。本文从二胎政策下家居空间需求出发,对家居空间需求的重新分配进行了研究,分析了空间私密性需求重新分配、活动性需求重新分配、安全性需求重新分配、舒适性需求重新分配,提出老幼共居模式的空间设计策略,包括互契共居模式和殊异共居模式的空间设计策略,使其更好地适应家庭人口模式改变后的家居空间发展要求。
