摘要
为了满足用户对城市挖掘机综合品质日益提高的要求,本文提出一种基于TRIZ理论的城市挖掘机创新设计方法。首先运用TRIZ理论,39个工程参数建立城市挖掘机问题模型,以现有城市挖掘机的弊端为起点,阐述其问题所在,随后根据矛盾矩阵解域出第15条、第17条、第13条和第16条发明原理,确定最适合解决城市挖掘机的最终解决方案。提出一种基于TRIZ理论的创新设计模型,对城市挖掘机进行创新设计。最终将TRIZ理论与相关理论相结合,对挖掘机进行建模设计,验证了应用该方法能够有效解决城市挖掘机造型中实际问题,为产品设计构思提供创新思路的可行性,并为相关工程机械的开发设计提供参考。
In order to meet the increasing demand of users for the comprehensive quality of urban excavators, an innovative design method of urban excavators based on TRIZ theory was proposed. First using the theory of TRIZ, 39 engineering parameter city excavator problem model is established, with the disadvantages of the existing urban excavator as starting point, describe the problem, then according to the contradiction matrix solution domain article 15, article 17, article 13 and article 16 invention principle, determine the most suitable for solving urban excavator final solution. An innovative design model based on TRIZ theory is proposed for the urban excavator. Conclusion TRIZ theory and related theories are combined to carry out modeling design for excavators, which proves that this method can effectively solve the practical problems in the modeling of urban excavators, and provides the feasibility of innovative ideas for product design and provides reference for the development and design of related construction machinery.
