摘要 导师是研究生培养的第一责任人,做好硕士研究生导师的师德师风建设、动态管理研究,对提高研究生培养质量具有重大意义。从导师的岗位、职责,动态管理的内涵和原则论述,然后运用文献阅读法、专家打分法及经验法进行了详细设计和应用。根据反馈的意见和建议完善了五个方面的管理策略,即明确学校学院职责权限、坚持各类导师培训活动、鼓励导师拓展科研方向、实时动态管理研究与实践、实施科学合理的奖励政策,从而保证研究生教育质量的稳步提升。 Tutor is the first person responsible for postgraduate training. It is of great significance to improve the quality of postgraduate training by doing well in the construction of teachers' ethics and dynamic management of postgraduate tutors. Firstly, the duties and responsibilities of supervisors, and the connotation and principles of dynamic management are discussed. Secondly, detailed design and application are made by using literature reading method, expert scoring method and experience method. Thirdly,based on feedback and suggestions, five management strategies have been perfected. These are clearing the authority of school and colleges, adhering to the training activities of all kinds of tutors, encouraging mentors to expand the direction of scientific research, researching and practicing of real time dynamic management, implementing a scientific and reasonable incentive policy. Finally, the steady improvement of the quality of Postgraduate Education is ensuring.
