摘要
创新创业教育是高等教育改革的重要内容,也是国家实施创新发展战略的必然要求。应用型高校创新创业教育绩效评价指标的构建对于明确应用型高校创新创业教育的目标,提高创新创业教育的质量,推进创新创业教育的改革进程有着重要作用。通过梳理应用型高校创新创业教育的特点,分析创新创业教育评价存在的主要问题,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,从学校、教师、学生和社会组织4个层面构建应用型高校创新创业教育绩效评价指标体系,促进应用型高校创新创业教育的不断完善。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education comes as an important part in higher education reform as well as an inevitable prerequisite for the country to implement a strategy of innovative development. Development of a performance evaluation index system plays an important role in defining the goal, improving the quality, and promoting the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented colleges. Through analysis of the characteristics of this education, analysis of the major problems in the evaluations, and determination of the index weights by step analysis, a performance evaluation index system was developed, concerning the four parties of colleges, teachers, students and social organizations, which is aimed at constant improvement of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented colleges.
