新时代高校价值观教育的着力点

Focus of Values Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

党的十九大报告中指出社会主义核心价值观教育要以培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人为着眼点。结合马克思主义关于人的发展学说,立足中国特色社会主义新时代的宏观背景,担当民族伟大复兴之大任的时代新人应是物质与精神全面发展、个体性与社会性和谐、民族性和世界性圆融的人。基于此,高校价值观教育需要在三个层面着力,即引导学生在物质满足的基础上追求精神提升、在个性彰显的基础上注重责任担当、在国家认同的前提下拥有世界情怀。

The report in the 19th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party points out that socialist core values education needs to focus on the cultivation of the new generation who take on great responsibility of national rejuvenation.Combining Marxist theory of human development and basing itself on the macro background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, people of the new century who take on the duty of national rejuvenation should have all-round development of material and spirit, harmony of individuality and sociality, as well as balance of nationality and cosmopolitism.Therefore, values education in colleges and universities should pay attention to three levels, including guiding students to pursue spiritual promotion on the basis of material satisfaction, emphasizing responsibility while highlighting personality, obtaining world feelings under the premise of national identity.
