广义虚拟经济视角下的资金预算管理

Capital Budget Management from the Perspective of the Generalized Virtual Economy

在广义虚拟经济时代,信息态是企业的第一资源。本文从资金预算是企业资金流、业务流、信息流、人才流的不断容介出发,阐释了资金预算管理的主要内容和基本原则,并在分析资金预算管理对于提升企业资源配置能力以及价值创造水平的意义基础上,就加强企业资金预算管理提出构建基于信息态价值的集成网络、树立财富时空观、打造人力资本“有差别劳动”等思考。

Information state is regarded as the primary resource of enterprises in the new age of generalized virtual economy. The article explained the main content and basic principles of the capital budget management, based on the interaction among the capital flow, business flow, information flow and human resources flow. And then it analyzed the effects of the capital budget management on the improvement of resources distribution, together with the value creation. From such analysis, it proposed the thoughts on establishing the collection network above the value of information state, to form wealth concept on time and space, and also the system of people oriented economy.
