基于灰色关联聚类模型的江苏省创意文化产业发展水平区域差异分析

Regional Differences of Development Level of Creative Cultural Industry in Jiangsu Province Based on Grey Relational Clustering Model

创意产业发展水平关系到一个国家或地区的综合竞争力,把握区域创意产业发展水平的现状与差异性,为相关部门制定有差异性的创意产业发展政策提供依据。鉴于此,为全面反映区域创意产业发展水平,充分挖掘和提取其存在的差异信息,根据创意产业面板数据所呈现的特征与规律,利用灰色关联分析方法,构建基于面板数据的灰色矩阵型关联度聚类模型,评估江苏省13个地级市创意产业发展的现状,识别和提取其差异性。结果表明,江苏省创意产业存在发展不平衡的问题,呈现明显的区域差异性和不均衡性,苏南地区较好,苏北地区最弱。

The level of creative industry development affects the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or region, how to grasp the status and differences in the development level of regional creative industries, which helps provide basis for relevant departments to formulate differentiated creative industry development policies. In view of this, in order to fully reflect the development level of regional creative industries, to fully tap and extract their existing differences, according to the characteristics and laws presented by the panel data of the creative industry, gray correlation analysis method is used to construct gray matrix-type correlation based on panel data. The clustering model assesses the status quo of creative industry development in 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province and identifies and extracts the differences. The results show that there is a problem of unbalanced development of creative industries in Jiangsu Province, showing obvious regional differences and imbalances. Southern Jiangsu Province is better, and northern Jiangsu Province is the weakest.
