合肥市社会组织孵化器运营模式对比研究

A Comparative Study on the Operation Mode of Social Organization Incubator in Hefei

作为当前社区服务的重要供应方,合肥市社会组织相对先发地区存在数量少、项目承接能力不足等问题。合肥市社会组织孵化器肩负着解决当前社会组织发展困难的艰巨任务。通过比较研究合肥市范围内几家社会组织孵化器的运营模式进行,分析目前合肥市孵化器在孵化机制设计、孵化资金支持等方面的区别,从顶层设计、核心管理能力等方面提出相应的改革建议。

As an important supplier of community services,social organizations in Hefei have some problems,such as small account and insufficient project undertaking capacity.Social organization incubator in Hefei is shouldering the arduous task of solving the difficulty of social organization development.By comparing and studying the operation models of several social organization incubators,this paper analyzes the differences of incubators in Hefei in terms of mechanism design and financial support,and puts forward corresponding reform suggestions from the aspects of top-level design and core management ability.
