高招录取批次改革背景下普通高校竞争力构建——基于博弈论分析框架 被引量:1

On Constructing College Competitive Power Under the Background of Admission Batch Reform—— Based on Game Theory Analysis Framework

摘要 传统招生模式下重点高校在社会、企业和居民等层面建立起口碑效应和品牌优势,让普通高校在生源数量和质量上无法与其公平竞争。高考合并录取批次将引导考生从依靠学校综合实力单一标准来选择学校,转向更加重视学校综合实力与专业竞争力相结合的选择模式。采用博弈论方法分析得出结论:当普通高校在综合实力处于劣势背景下,完全可以依靠挖掘传统优势专业、系统化构建特色专业和培育建设新专业的专业实力突破路径,缩小与重点高校学科综合实力差距,依靠专业实力提升整体综合竞争力,在招生模式改革后重新获得优势。 Under the traditional enrollment model,key colleges should establish word-of-mouth effect and brand advantage at the level of society,enterprises and residents,making it impossible for ordinary colleges to compete with them on the quantity and quality of students.The admission batch adopted by college entrance examination will guide the examinee to choose the college by giving more attention to the comprehensive strength of the school as well as the professional competitiveness,rather than from the single standard of valuing the comprehensive strength of the school.By adopting the method of game theory analysis,the conclusion can be got here:when the comprehensive strength of regular institutions of higher learning are at a disadvantage,the following measures can be adopted to regain advantages after the enrollment reform:completely relying on mining the major with traditional advantage,systematically constructing the characteristic specialty,cultivating and constructing the professional strength of new majors,breaking through the path,narrowing the gap of comprehensive strength in the discipline with key universities,promoting integrated competitiveness by relying on the professional power.
