“互联网+”对高校辅导员角色提出了新的要求,需要辅导员以学生为本,放下权威与学生平等对话,全面提升自身综合素养,应用“互联网+”式的工作范式。全面审视“互联网+”背景下高校辅导员的角色要求,深入剖析当前高校辅导员的角色困境,积极探索角色的实现路径,有利于加强对新形势下高校辅导员工作的反思与创新,充分发挥辅导员在学生工作中的积极作用。

“Internet+”puts forward new requirements for the role of college counselors,which requires counselors to be student-oriented,to have equal dialogue with students rather than be authoritative,to improve their comprehensive quality,and to apply the working paradigm of“Internet+”.This paper makes a comprehensive review on the requirements for the role of college counselors under the background of“Internet+”,makes an in-depth analysis of the current dilemma regarding the role of college counselors,and takes an active exploration of the way to realize the role.The study can help college counselors strengthen their reflection and innovation under the new situation,and can give full play to their positive role in dealing with student’s affairs.
