摘要 将行为导向教学法正确有效地引入职业规划的课程改革与教学实践中,通过细化过程性教学环节设计和采用行为导向教学法中模拟教学、角色扮演、案例分析和项目教学等方法,将有利于改变我国当前大学生只能从课堂上获取知识的现状,能够有效帮助大学生正确认识自我、明确自身专业方向和职业目标,最终达到提升在校大学生就业能力的目标。 Behavior-oriented teaching method has been effectively introduced into the curriculum reform and teaching practice of career planning.It is through detailed procedural teaching design and the behavior-oriented teaching methods,like simulation teaching,role playing,case analysis and project teaching method,that college student can get the useful help from the following things:changing the current status in which college students can only acquire knowledge from the class,effectively correcting their understanding about themselves,defining their own professional direction and career goals,and promoting their employment ability.
