城市中的历史文化街区保留着丰富的物质文化遗产,同时也面临着现代城镇化发展过程中产生的诸多问题。针对历史文化街区的复杂性,从时间和空间脉络两条主线梳理调研工作的主要思路,并根据这一思路展开调研的具体步骤和操作方式,以期从宏观整体到微观细部对历史文化街区的调查研究工作有更精确的把控,找到合适的切入点,力求更新发展的同时保留历史文化街区独特的神韵。

The historical and cultural blocks in the city preserve rich material and cultural heritage, but there exist many problems in the process of modern urbanization. In line with the complexity of the historical and cultural blocks, this paper comb the main ideas of research mainly from the time and the space, and discusses accordingly the specific steps and operation.
