With the development of the times, it is an inevitable trend to acquire and share resources with the help of Internet information technology. Therefore, with the enhancement of huge amount of information at high speed, it is necessary to strengthen the construction and development of the information resource database regarding archive management under the guidance of big data thinking. Such measures are suggested as the following in this paper: optimizing and upgrading information processing technology, process and service, enhancing the integration of resources under the platform of information resource management, innovating the application of big data thinking, and constructing information resource database and related content details according to the archives management model.
