大学生自主创业意向影响因素实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of College Students’ Selfemployment Intention

随着中国经济的持续增长,涌现出许多的创业者,创业活动已经成为当今世界经济发展的重要组成部分,大学生创业也越来越普遍,同时已经日益受到社会和学校等各个方面的关注与重视。一直以来,有大量关于大学生创业特质的研究,本研究项目通过构建大学生自主创业意向影响因素实证研究模型,从个人、社会学校等多反面进行研究,识别大学生自主创业意向的关键影响因素,为高校培养创新创业人才提供理论依据,同时提出相关促进大学生创业的建议,从而推动我国的创业创新,以创业带动就业,实现我国经济的进一步发展。

With the sustained growth of China's economy,many entrepreneurs have sprung up.As a Result,entrepreneurship activities have become an important part of the world economic development and it is becoming more and more common for college students to start their own business.At the same time,it has been paid more attention and attached greater importance by society and schools.As we all know,there has always been a lot of researches on the entrepreneurial characteristics of college students. Our research project identifies the key factors of influencing college students'self-entrepreneurship intention by constructing an empirical research model of the influencing factors of college students' self-entrepreneurship intention and researching from individual,society,schools and other aspects,so as to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities.At the same time,it puts forward relevant suggestions to promote college students'selfentrepreneurship. In this way it promotes entrepreneurship innovation in China and employment through entrepreneurship.Finally it will help realize the further development of China's economy.
