基于SWOT模型分析新时代我国医养结合发展现状

The Analysis of the “Medical and Pension Service Integration” Status Quo Development in the New Era of China Based on the SWOT Method

伴随着我国人口老龄化,社会养老负担不断加重,同时,老年人对美好健康的晚年生活需求也在不断增加。因此一种新的养老模式--"医养结合"便应运而出,这种养老模式结合了医疗资源和养老服务机构的优势,为老年人的晚年生活提供了保障。当前我国医养结合模式虽然取得了一定的成就,但是在其发展过程中仍存在一些问题。运用SWOT分析法,可以从优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四个角度来探讨我国"医养结合"发展现状,以此对我国医养结合事业发展提出一些合理性的建议。

With the aging of the population in China,the burden of social pension is increasing,at the same time,the elderly's demand for a better and healthier life in their later years is increasing too. Therefore,a new pension model-"medical and pension service integration" emerges as requirement of the times.It combines the advantages of medical resources and pension service institutions,and provides security for the elderly's life in their later years.At present,although some achievements have been made in the mode of medical and pension service integration in China,there are still some problems in its development process.By using SWOT analysis method,we can discuss the development status of medical and pension service integration in China from four perspectives of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and put forward some reasonable suggestions for the development of medical and pension service integration in China.
