基于素质教育与应试教育在教学中的有机结合分析

我们常说的应试教育指的是一种淘汰制的选拔教育模式,从一定程度上说,应试教育是单纯追求升学率,以此来指导学校的教育教学工作。而素质教育提倡的是全面提高学生的素质,以此来作为指导学校教育教学工作的一种新的教学模式。这两种教育教学方式从一定的角度来说,素质教育是对应试教育的批判性继承,而且素质教育也是当前我国教育改革和教育发展的主要方向。当前,随着素质教育的全面深入和推广,高中教学工作中的素质教育也逐渐被人们所重视和关注。高中生物作为一门自然性的学科,也发生了一些教学方面的变化,作为指导性文件的教学大纲也逐渐被新课标的教学标准所取代。文章在理论方面和实践方面对应试教育和素质教育的关系进行了分析,就如何在实际教学中将素质教育和应试教育有机的结合,提高学生的学习积极性做出了相应的探讨研究。

We often say that exam-oriented education refers to a selection education model of elimination. To a certain extent, exam-oriented education is simply pursuing the rate of higher education, so as to guide the education and teaching of schools. Quality education advocates the comprehensive improvement of students' quality, which is used as a new teaching mode to guide school education and teaching. These two kinds of education and teaching methods, from a certain perspective, quality education is the critical inheritance of corresponding test education, and quality education is also the main direction of China's current education reform and education development. At present, with the comprehensive deepening and promotion of quality education, the quality education in high school teaching work has gradually been valued and paid attention by people. As a natural subject, high school biology has also undergone some changes in teaching. The syllabus as a guiding document has gradually been replaced by the teaching standards of the new curriculum standard. The article analyzes the relationship between the experimental education and the quality education in terms of theory and practice. It makes a corresponding research on how to combine the quality education and the examination-oriented education in the actual teaching and improve the students' enthusiasm for learning.
