国际科技创新中心的演进特征及启示

Evolution Characteristics and Enlightenment of International Science and Technology Innovation Center

基于硅谷、波士顿、纽约、特拉维夫、新加坡等地的创新实践,从创新范式、创新空间布局、政府角色、创新主体等四个维度梳理分析了主要国际科技创新中心的演进特征,并总结了对粤港澳大湾区建设国际科技创新中心的启示。

Based on the experience of Silicon Valley, Boston, New York, Tel Aviv, Singapore and so on, this paper analyzes the evolution characteristics of these innovation centers from innovation paradigm, innovation space distribution, characters of government, and innovation subject. Then, the enlightenment of international science and technology innovation center for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is put forward.
