某院2018年住院患者抗菌药物利用研究

Analysis of the Utilization of Antibiotics in Inpatients of a Hospital in 2018

目的了解某院抗菌药物临床使用情况,为抗菌药物的供应及合理使用提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析法,利用医院信息系统调取该院2018年住院患者使用抗菌药物的数据,并对用药金额、用药频度、使用强度、日均费用、排序比值等统计分析。结果该院抗菌药物使用金额占比为14.48%,抗菌药物使用强度为39.27DDDs/(100人·天)。其中头孢呋辛、阿莫西林克拉维酸钾、头孢哌酮他唑巴坦的使用强度位于前3位,头孢哌酮他唑巴坦、哌拉西林舒巴坦、磺苄西林、拉氧头孢的使用金额位于前5位,其日均费用位于前4位,排序比位于末4位。结论该院抗菌药物使用强度符合要求,但仍存在部分抗菌药物日均费用高、使用比较集中、口服制剂用量少的现象。

Objective To explore the clinical utilization of antibiotics in a hospital, in order to provide reference for the supply management and guidance of clinical rational application of antibiotics. Methods By retrospective study,the date was collected by the hospital information system,and sales amount, defined daily doses(DDDs), antibiotic use density(AUD), defined daily cost(DDC) and serial number ratio were statistically analyzed. Results The proportion for the sales amount and AUD of antibiotics was 14.48%, 39.27 DDDs/(100 person·day), respectively. And the DDDs of cefuroxime, amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium, cefoperazone and tazobactam took up top three. Meanwhile, the sales amount of cefoperazone and tazobactam, piperacillin and sulbactam, sulbenicillin, latamoxef took up top five, and DDC took up top four, but the serial number ratio took up last four. Conclusion The antibiotic use density tend to be rational, but the DDC of some antibiotics is high and few antibiotics are still centralized used, oral preparations of antibiotics are less used by clinic.
