脐带帆状附着100例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 100 cases of umbilical cord sail attachment

目的研究脐带帆状附着的临床特点。方法纳入2015年1月至2018年10月在本院分娩的孕产妇,选取其中确诊脐带帆状附着的100例孕产妇作为研究对象,记录母婴情况,并综合分析脐带帆状附着的临床特点。结果研究选取时间段中脐带帆状附着孕产妇100例,产前超声明确诊断40例,产前诊断率40%,共分娩106例新生儿,其中新生儿轻度窒息1例,新生儿重度窒息3例,孕25周死胎1例,围产儿死亡2例。不良结局共7例,其中产后诊断4例,产前诊断3例,死胎3例均为产后诊断。结论及早发现相关危险因素,做好产前超声诊断,监督追踪高危孕妇定期规范产检,加强孕期自我监测,适时终止妊娠,降低围产儿死亡率。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of umbilical cord sail attachment.Methods The pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital during the period from January 2015 to October 2018 were selected among which 100 pregnant women who were diagnosed with umbilical cord sail attachment were selected as the subjects to record the situation of mother and child,and the clinical characteristics of umbilical cord sail attachment were comprehensively analyzed.Results 100 cases of umbilical cord sail attachment,40 cases of prenatal ultrasonography,40%of prenatal diagnosis,106 births,including 1 case of mild asphyxia,3 cases of severe asphyxia,25 weeks of stillbirth and 2 cases of perinatal death.There were 7 cases of adverse outcomes,including 4 postpartum diagnosis,3 prenatal diagnosis,and 3 stillbirth deaths.Conclusion The early detection of relevant risk factors,do a good prenatal ultrasound diagnosis,supervise and track high-risk pregnant women regular standard birth test,strengthen self-monitoring during pregnancy,terminate pregnancy in time,reduce perinatal mortality.
