摘要
目的分析对不稳定性心绞痛患者给予参芎葡萄糖治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的90例不稳定性心绞痛患者进行观察,随机分为参照组、实验组,每组45例。参照组给予常规西医对症治疗,并口服单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片和琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片;实验组在参照组用药方案基础上,加用参芎葡萄糖治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、心功能指标、脂代谢指标和超敏C反应蛋白水平。结果实验组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);实验组心排血量、左室射血分数、心脏指数等心功能指标均优于参照组(P<0.05);实验组总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油、hs-CRP均低于参照组且高密度脂蛋白高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论参芎葡萄糖应用于不稳定性心绞痛患者后,能改善患者的临床症状,促进患者心功能恢复,并明显降低脂代谢指标及超敏C反应蛋白水平,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenxiong glucose in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 90 patients with unstable angina from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment,and oral isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets;the experimental group was given Shenxiong glucose treatment on the basis of the control group medication program.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function index,lipid metabolism index and high-sensitivity C reactive protein level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The cardiac function indexes such as cardiac output,left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac index in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,triglyceride and hs-CRP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and high density lipoprotein was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenxiong glucose can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris,promote the recovery of cardiac function,and significantly reduce the level of lipid metabolism and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein.
