摘要
目的探讨不同幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染分型的胃息肉患者胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ和胃泌素17水平差异。方法选择2016年7月至2019年2月本院收治的胃息肉患者100例作为观察组,根据Hp抗体定性检测结果分为Hp阳性组(n=50)、Hp阴性组(n=50),其中Hp阳性组可分为Ⅰ型组(n=25)、Ⅱ型组(n=25),选取同期来本院体检的健康人100例为对照组,比较各组的PGI、PGII、G17水平。结果观察组患者的PGI(157.71±40.32)μg/L、PGII(13.59±4.24)μg/L、G17(18.92±2.99)pmol/L水平显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Hp阳性组患者的PGI(238.53±46.42)μg/L、PGII(14.98±4.48)μg/L水平显著高于Hp阴性组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ型组患者的PGI(169.55±27.94)μg/L、PGII(15.96±1.43)μg/L水平显著高于Ⅱ型组,G17(18.60±1.22)pmol/L水平显著低于Ⅱ型组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同Hp感染类型的胃息肉患者的胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ和胃泌素17水平均呈现升高趋势,可将胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ和胃泌素17水平作为胃息肉患者Hp感染分型的鉴别依据。
Objective To investigate the difference of pepsinogenⅠ,pepsinogenⅡand gastrin 17 levels among different types of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in patients with gastric polyps.Methods 100 patients with gastric polyps admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to February 2019 were selected as observation group.According to the qualitative test results of Hp antibody,they were divided into Hp positive group(n=50)and Hp negative group(n=50).The Hp positive group could be divided into type I group(n=25)and typeⅡgroup(n=25).100 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as control group,and the levels of PGI,PGII and G17 in each group were compared.Results The levels of PGI(157.71±40.32)μg/L,PGII(13.59±4.24)μg/L and G17(18.92±2.99)pmol/L in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of PGI(238.53±46.42)μg/L and PGII(14.98±4.48)μg/L in the positive group were significantly higher than those in the negative group(P<0.05).The levels of PGI(169.55±27.94)μg/L and PGII(15.96±1.43)μg/L in typeⅠgroup were significantly higher than those in typeⅡgroup,and the levels of G17(18.60±1.22)pmol/L in typeⅠgroup were significantly lower than those in typeⅡgroup,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of pepsinogenⅠ,pepsinogenⅡand gastrin 17 in patients with different types of gastric polyps infected with H.pylori all show an increasing trend.The levels of pepsinogenⅠ,pepsinogenⅡand gastrin 17 can be used as the basis for differentiating the types of H.pylori infection in patients with gastric polyps.
