多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of multiple root canal therapy and disposable root canal treatment for pulp disease of dental body

目的探讨对牙体牙髓病患者分别进行一次性根管治疗以及多次法根管治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择本院2015年9月至2018年1月收治的108例牙体牙髓病患者作为实验对象;采用数字奇偶法分组后进行牙髓病治疗方式的选择;对照组(54例):选择多次法根管治疗方式展开;观察组(54例):选择一次性根管治疗方式展开;就两组牙体牙髓病患者总体疗效、治疗安全性以及治疗时间进行比较。结果与对照组牙体牙髓病患者总体疗效(62.96%)对比,观察组总有效率(96.30%)较高(P<0.05);与对照组牙体牙髓病患者治疗不良反应发生率(51.85%)对比,观察组不良反应发生率(11.11%)较低(P<0.05);与对照组牙体牙髓病患者治疗时间对比,观察组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论医疗人员选择一次性根管治疗方式完成牙体牙髓病治疗,同多次法根管治疗方式比较,对于总体疗效以及安全性的提升,治疗时间的缩短均可以有效实现,从而促进牙体牙髓病患者的病情康复。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of single root canal therapy and multiple root canal therapy in patients with dental pulp disease.Methods 108 patients with dental pulp diseases treated in our hospital from September 2015 to January 2018 were selected as experimental subjects.The selection of dental pulp disease treatment after the grouping by digital parity method;Control group(54 cases),clinical choice of multiple root canal therapy;Observation group(54 cases),clinical choice of one-time root canal therapy;Finally,the overall efficacy,safety and duration of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the overall efficacy(62.96%)of the patients in the control group,the overall efficiency(96.30%)of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the adverse reaction rate of the control group(51.85%),the adverse reaction rate of the observation group(11.11%)was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the treatment time of patients with dental pulp disease in the control group,the observation group was significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical personnel choose the one-time root canal therapy to complete the treatment of dental pulp disease.Compared with the multiple root canal therapy,the improvement of overall efficacy and safety and the shortening of treatment time can be effectively achieved,so as to promote the rehabilitation of patients with dental pulp disease.
