地方金融控股公司多元化程度与经营绩效相关性研究

A Study on the Relevance between Diversification Degrees and Operating Performance of Local Financial Holding Companies

基于金融自由化和金融多元化经营不断升温的趋势,本文以2011-2017年我国浙江、广东等地的15家地方金融控股公司为研究样本,分别从盈利能力、成本控制能力、发展能力三个维度实证检验了地方金融控股公司的业务多元化程度对其经营绩效的影响。研究结果表明:业务多元化程度的提高能够显著增强地方金融控股公司的盈利能力、成本控制能力和发展能力,即业务多元化程度与其经营绩效正相关。本文的研究不仅为管理层提升经营绩效提供了新的思路,同时为政府引导金融控股公司的健康平稳发展提供了参考建议。

Based on the trend of financial liberalization and diversification, this paper takes 15 local financial holding companies in Zhejiang and Guangdong as samples from 2011 to 2017, and empirically examines the impact of diversification of local financial holding companies on their business performance from three dimensions: profitability, cost control ability and development ability. The results show that the improvement of business diversification can significantly enhance the profitability, cost control ability and development ability of local financial holding companies, that is, the degree of business diversification is positively related to their business performance. This study not only provides new ideas for management to improve business performance, but also provides reference suggestions for the government to guide the healthy and stable development of financial holding companies.
