充血性心力衰竭是临床上的常见病、多发病,消化道症状是心力衰竭常见症状之一。左心衰时胃肠道动脉缺血、缺氧,右心衰时胃肠道静脉瘀血,饮食、用药对消化道的影响,情绪对消化系统的影响都是心力衰竭消化道症状的病因。其产生消化道症状的病理机制主要为胃肠道改变、神经内分泌机制、中枢神经系统机制。根据其发病机制可在纠正心衰的同时,给予中西医结合的治疗。

Congestive heart failure is a common clinical disease. Gastrointestinal symptoms are frequently seen in the patients of heart failure. They include gastrointestinal artery ischemia and hypoxia in left heart failure and gastrointestinal venous blood stasis in right heart failure. Diet, medication and emotional impact are all the causes of gastrointestinal symptoms in heart failure. The pathological mechanisms of gastrointestinal symptoms involve mainly gastrointestinal tract changes, neuroendocrine mechanism and central nervous system mechanism. Based on its pathogenesis, the combination of Chinese and western medicine can be used to correct heart failure.
