无线差分水平仪设计

摘要 为实现系泊状态下水平对准工作舰船设备安装面与主惯导基准面之间相对水平度的差分测量,解决目前人工测量方法中存在的操作复杂、对操作人员素质要求高的问题,论文设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的无线差分水平仪,利用以CC2530芯片为主控芯片的ZigBee无线通信模块构建无线传输网络,将水平仪测量数据传输至上位机进行差分数据处理,获得两平面间相对水平度。文中重点介绍了该系统的组成、通信协议帧格式以及各模块软硬件的设计,解决了数据同步测量问题。该系统具有功耗小、布设方便、对操作人员素质依赖小和精度高等特点,为动平台条件下舰船平面水平度差值测量提供了新的方案。 In order to measure the relative level between the equipment mounting surface and the main inertial reference plane in the mooring state and to solve the problems of complex operation and high requirement for operators in current manual measurement methods,this paper designs a wireless differential level instrument based on ZigBee technology. The wireless transmission network is constructed by ZigBee wireless communication module with CC2530 chip as the main control chip. The data measured by the level instrument is transmitted to the upper computer for differential data processing,and the relative level between the two planes is obtained. This paper focuses on the composition of the system,the frame format of communication protocol and the design of software and hardware of each module,and solves the problem of data synchronization measurement. Compared with other equipment,the equipment has the characteristics of low power consumption,convenient layout,small dependence on the quality of operators and high precision. The paper provides a new scheme for relative leveling measurement between different planes of a ship under mooring conditions.
