基于手机信令数据的高速公路服务区客流特征研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了提高我国高速公路服务区的服务水平和质量,建立了服务区客流特征研究体系。首先对手机信令数据进行数据提取、处理及分析,然后从用户职住分布、用户行为轨迹、用户行为特征3个角度对服务区客流特征进行可视化研究和科学分析,并以运营商提供的京沪高速公路马驹桥服务区连续8周的手机信令数据作为该研究体系的实验案例。案例分析结果表明,该服务区服务设施现状水平不能充分满足用户多样化的需求,应针对用户需要合理增设及配置服务设施,提升服务区服务水平;也证明了服务区客流特征研究体系可以有效挖掘服务区现存问题,明确服务区发展方向,能为制定更为完善的服务区改善措施提供决策依据。 To improve the service level and quality of expressway service areas in China, the research system of passenger flow characteristics in service areas was established. First, the mobile signaling data was extracted, processed and analyzed. Then, the visualization and scientific analysis of passenger flow characteristics in service areas were carried out from three perspectives which were user′ s jobshousing distribution, user′s behavior track and user′s behavior characteristics. The eight-week mobile signaling data of Majuqiao service area of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway provided by operators was taken as the experimental case of this research system. The result of the case study shows that the current level of service facilities in this service area can′t fully meet users′ diversified needs and should be reasonably added according to the users′ needs to improve the service level. It also indicates that this research system can effectively excavate the existing problems of service areas and define their development direction to provide the decision basis for formulating more perfect improvement measures.
