浅谈破解嘉定区公共机构 节能工作若干问题的思考

Study on Thoughts of Problems in How to Handle Public Institution Energy Saving Task in Jiading District

公共机构节能在落实国家节能减排战略决策中起到重要的导向示范作用,做好公共机构节能各项工作是政府机关应履行的责任与义务。嘉定区机关事务管理局积极推动本区公共机构从广、从深、从严落实取得成效的同时,以“区公共机构基础信息大调研”为契机,梳理总结尚需突破的不足与问题。展望未来,可从深化管理体系建设、推进合同能源管理、推动单位系统节能、开展生活垃圾分类等方面加强探索、提升能级,使公共机构节能工作迈上新台阶。

Public institution energy saving has important leading demonstration function in implementing national energy saving and emission reduction strategy decision-making. It’s responsibility and duty for government administrative institutions to carry out public institution energy saving tasks. Government administrative bureau in Jiading district actively promotes local public institution from wideness, depth, effect level to achieve benefit, meanwhile based on‘district public institution infrastructure information survey’to summarize existing bottlenecks and problems. The author prospects that government agency will construct management system deeply, promote EMC and system energy saving, carry out domestic waste classification with strengthening exploration and improving energy efficiency to step into new level for public institution energy saving task.
