集中供能下建筑能效对标

Benchmarking Building Energy Efficiency under Centralized Energy Supply

摘要 集中供能系统可利用发电机余热制冷和制热,实现能源“梯级利用”,具有节能、高效、环保等特点。研究集中供能区域内建筑的能效水平,并与市级能耗监测平台和《合理用能指南》进行对标,提出集中供能的建筑能效水平的影响因素。 Regional centralized energy supply has the characteristics of energy saving, high efficiency and environmental protection. It can convert the waste energy of generator to heat. This paper studies the energy efficiency of buildings in the centralized energy supply area, and compares it with that of building energy consumption monitoring system and‘Guideline for Rational Use of Energy’. Then it summarizes three factors which have important influence on the building energy efficiency.
