结合某造纸企业热电联产机组蒸汽使用现状及供热需求,提出蒸汽梯级利用的方案。背压机组替代减温减压装置是蒸汽合理利用的有效途径,可提高造纸企业能源利用效率。

According to the steam usage status and heating demand of cogeneration unit in a paper mill, the steam cascade utilization scheme is put forward. Back pressure unit is an effective way to use steam rationally instead of temperature and pressure reducing device, which can improve energy efficiency of paper mills.
