多校区大学布局的架构路径——以西安科技大学为例

Layout Path of Multi-campus Universities:A Case Study of Xi’an University of Science and Technology

当前国家“双一流”和陕西省“四个一流”建设加速推进,高校之间的人才竞争、资源竞争、内涵质量竞争日益激烈。根据西安科技大学的发展战略和战略布局,本文在多校区布局的架构原则、目标导向、实施方案和保障措施等方面进行研究与探讨,以期在理论和实践上对西安科技大学多校区功能战略布局提供一定科学性的参考,并为国内相似高校提供一定合理性的借鉴。

At present, the construction of "double first-class" and "four first-class" in Shaanxi Province has been accelerated, and the competition of talents, resources and connotation quality among universities has become increasingly fierce. According to the development strategy and strategic layout of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, this paper studies and discusses the structural principles, goal orientation, implementation plan and safeguard measures of multi-campus layout in order to provide a scientific reference for the strategic layout of multi-campus functions of Xi'an University of Science and Technology in theory and practice, and provide a reasonable reference for similar universities in China.
