学风体现了学校的精神面貌,凝聚着教师的教学理念,反映了学生的学习态度,影响着人才培养质量。本文针对学风建设存在的问题,结合专业特色、学科特点,采取第一课堂与第二课堂耦合、思政课程与专业思政协同、党政老师与辅导员齐抓共管、大一入学至大四毕业主题教育不间断等一系列举措,形成全员、全方位、全程育人,增强学风建设的实效性。
