摘要
学风体现了学校的精神面貌,凝聚着教师的教学理念,反映了学生的学习态度,影响着人才培养质量。本文针对学风建设存在的问题,结合专业特色、学科特点,采取第一课堂与第二课堂耦合、思政课程与专业思政协同、党政老师与辅导员齐抓共管、大一入学至大四毕业主题教育不间断等一系列举措,形成全员、全方位、全程育人,增强学风建设的实效性。
The style of study embodies the spirit of the school, embodies the teaching concept of teachers, reflects the learning attitude of students, and affects the quality of personnel training. In view of the problems existing in the construction of style of study, this paper takes a series of measures, such as the coupling of the first classroom and the second classroom, the coordination of ideological and political courses and specialties, the co-management of Party and government teachers and counselors, and the uninterrupted theme education from freshman to senior, to form a full, all-round and all-round education and enhance the effectiveness of the construction of style of study.
