“课程思政”下“大学生职业生涯规划”教育的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Education of "College Students’ Career Planning" under Curriculum Ideological and Political Education

现如今,我国高等教育的重要任务是对大学生进行思想政治教育,而当前高校的思政教育主要是培育大学生的社会主义核心价值观。作为公共必修课的“大学生职业生涯规划”能够在培育大学生社会主义核心价值观中发挥其特别功效。本文对我国大学生职业生涯规划课程开设现状及课程价值导向不明确等问题进行了分析,探索实施“课程思政”改革的理念和思路,将职业理想、职业道德、职业精神教育融入其中,从而彰显出课程的思想政治教育功能。

Ideological and political education for college students is one of the important tasks of higher education in China. The main content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to cultivate students' socialist core values. As a public compulsory course,"College Students' Career Planning" can play its unique role in shaping college students' socialist core values. This paper analyzes the current situation of career planning course offered by college students in China. In view of the unclear orientation of curriculum value, it explores the concept and thinking of implementing the reform of "curriculum ideological and political education", and integrates professional ideals, professional ethics and professional spirit education into it, thus demonstrating the ideological and political education function of the course.
