Exploration on the "Broad Spectrum" Training Model of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Agricultural Students:The Datian Practical Training Program

大学生就业问题一直以来是国家和社会高度关心的问题,做好大学生就业工作是关系到社会稳定发展的大事。在新时代的背景下,在专业、思想、就业大环境等因素影响下,农科学生的创业就业问题一直为大众所关注。因此,合理分析当前社会形势,对农科学生开展更有针对性的创新创业教育是目前高校急需解决的事。本文在新时代大学生创新创业教育背景下积极探索了一种“广谱式”双创实训模式——大田实践训练计划,为培养创新创业型农业新型人才提供理论基础。

The employment of college students has always been a matter of great concern to the state and society. Doing a good job in college students' employment is a major event that affects the stable development of society. In the new era, under the influence of factors such as profession, ideology and employment environment, the entrepreneurship and employment of agricultural students has always been concerned by the public. Therefore, a reasonable analysis of the current social situation, the development of more targeted innovation and entrepreneurship education for agricultural students is an urgent issue for colleges and universities. Under the background of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era, this paper actively explores a "broad spectrum" training model of innovation and entrepreneurship-the Datian Practical Training Program, which provides a theoretical basis for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial new agricultural talents.
