“一带一路”建设背景下新能源科学与工程专业国际化的思考

Thoughts on the Internationalization of New Energy Science and Engineering Major under the Background of the "Belt and Road" Construction

能源合作是“一带一路”建设的重中之重,不仅可以促进相关国家经济发展,也是解决各国能源发展问题的有效手段。新能源科学与工程专业担负着为国家与全球培养新能源战略性人才的重任,提升专业国际化水平是必然的趋势。本文以长沙理工大学为例,从新能源专业国际化人才培养目标、途径、措施及初步成效进行了探讨,指出以双语教学改革为突破口,通过师资国际化、海外引智工程、国际合作交流、双语教学改革等,推动国际化。此项改革将促进本校新能源专业本科教育的转型,也对其他院校相关专业起到借鉴作用。

As the top priority of the "Belt and Road" construction, energy cooperation can not only promote the economic development of relevant countries, but also be an effective means to solve the energy development problems of various countries. The new energy science and engineering major is responsible for cultivating new energy strategic talents for the country and the world, and it is an inevitable trend to raise the level of professional internationalization. Taking Changsha University of Science & Technology as an example, this paper discusses the goal, approach, measures and preliminary results of international talent training for new energy major, pointing out that bilingual education reform is a breakthrough, and internationalization can be promoted through internationalization of teachers, overseas intelligence projects, international cooperation and exchange, and bilingual teaching reforms, etc. This reform will promote the transformation of undergraduate education in the new energy major of the university, and also serve as a reference for related majors in other colleges and universities.
