厦门市某小学毕业班学生体质健康水平与学习成绩关系研究

摘要 目的:探寻毕业班学生体质健康水平与文化成绩之间的关系。方法:对厦门市某校100名小学毕业班学生进行体质健康和学习文化测试,采用相关性分析讨论体质健康测评各项指标与各科文化成绩的相关性。结果:文化成绩与学生体质健康水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05);50米跑、1分钟跳绳对文化成绩最具有预见性。结论:体质健康水平越高,文化成绩越优。提示身体练习不仅利于身体发展,还有利于学业水平提升,家庭、学校、社会等教育者应保障孩童们身体练习时间。 Objective: To explore the relationship between physique health and academic achievement of graduating students. Method: Physique health and academic tests were conducted for 100 graduating students from a primary school in Xiamen City. Correlation analysis was used to discuss the correlation between various indicators of physique health assessment and academic achievements of various subjects. Result: There was a significant positive correlation between students' academic scores and physique health (P<0.05). The 50-meter run and 1-minute skipping were most predictive of academic achievements. Conclusion: The higher the level of physique health, the better the academic performance. It is suggested that physical exercise is not only conducive to physical development, but also conducive to the improvement of academic level. The education of families, schools and society should ensure the physical exercise time of children.
