摘要
为了促进农村幼儿教师生存环境的改善,文章首先介绍了农村幼儿教师的生存现状,接着对现状进行了归因分析,最后根据现状出现的原因提出了助力农村幼儿教师生存环境人文关怀回归的措施。
In order to improve the living environment of rural preschool teachers, the article first introduces the living status of rural preschool teachers, then makes attribution analysis of the status quo, and finally puts forward measures to help rural preschool teachers return to humanistic care of their living environment according to the causes of the status quo.
