高等院校辅导员开展心理健康教育工作的利弊与对策研究

Research on the Advantages,Disadvantages and Countermeasures of College Counselors’ Implementation of Mental Health Education

自党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视心理健康教育工作,而辅导员对于大学生思想政治教育工作有着重要性,辅导员既是高校学生的思想教育组织者,又是实施者,更是引导者。必须充分发挥其高校辅导员群体对于心理健康教育工作的促进作用,本研究在分析辅导员群体开展心理健康教育工作优势以及弊端的基础上,进一步探析提高辅导员高效开展心理健康教育工作的积极策略。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping has attached great importance to mental health education, and counselors play an important role as the organizers, implementers and leaders of ideological education for college students. In order to give full play to the role of college counselors in promoting mental health education, this study analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of counselors' implementation of mental health education, and further explores positive strategies for counselors' efficient implementation of mental health education.
