摘要
大学生拖延现象是高校教育者普遍关注的问题。大学生的拖延行为主要表现在其学业任务上,其中主要原因是害怕失败和厌恶任务,而与之相关的影响因素有人格特征、非理性信念、任务性质等,拖延行为会对学生个体产生内部痛苦和外部的损失。本文在归纳大学生拖延行为特点的基础上,提出增强自我效能感,提高时间管理能力,调节学习策略等应对策略,来帮助改善大学生拖延行为。
The procrastination of college students is a common concern of college educators. The procrastination of college students is mainly manifested in their academic tasks. The main reason is fear of failure and aversion to tasks, and for the related influencing factors such as personality characteristics, irrational beliefs, task nature, etc., procrastination will cause internal pain and external losses to students. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of college students' procrastination, this paper proposes such strategies as enhancing self-efficacy, improving time management ability, and adjusting learning strategies, so as to eliminate college students' procrastination.
