草乌甲素片联合筋骨痛消丸治疗早中期膝骨关节炎45例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 45 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis in Early and Middle Stage Treated with Caowu Jiasu Pian(草乌甲素片)and Jingu Tongxiao Wan(筋骨痛消丸)

目的:观察草乌甲素片联合筋骨痛消丸治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的临床疗效和安全性.方法:将90例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例.治疗组给予草乌甲素片联合筋骨痛消丸口服,对照组给予双氯芬酸钠片联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖钾胶囊口服.2组均以4周为1个疗程,观察2组临床疗效,以及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Lysholm膝关节评分,并观察安全性.结果:治疗组临床控制3例,显效26例,有效13例,无效3例,总显效率为64.44%;对照组临床控制1例,显效18例,有效22例,无效4例,总显效率为42.22%.2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,2组VAS评分、Lysholm评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组无不良反应发生.结论:草乌甲素片联合筋骨痛消丸治疗早中期膝骨关节炎疗效满意,不良反应少,安全性好.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Caowu Jiasu Pian(草乌甲素片) combined with Jingu Tongxiao Wan(筋骨痛消丸)in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stages.Methods:Ninety patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,45 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Caowu Jiasu Pian combining Jingu Tongxiao Wan,while the control group was given diclofenac sodium tablets combined with potassium glucosamine sulfate capsules.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale (VAS)and Lysholm knee score before and after treatment were observed,and the safety was also observed. Results:In the treatment group,3 cases were clinically controlled,26 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total marked efficiency was 64.44%;while in the control group,1 case was clinically controlled,18 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total marked efficiency being 42.22%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).After treatment,the VAS and Lysholm scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group.Conclusion:The combination of Caowu Jiasu Pian and Jingu Tongxiao Wan has the satisfactory curative effect,less adverse reaction and good safety for patients with knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stages.
