摘要
动态心电图(ambulatory ECG,AECG)在临床中被广泛用于检测心律失常及识别不易从常规心电图中捕捉到的心律失常特征性表现。从不同AECG记录系统中采集到的心律信息可为临床诊断提供可靠的依据,因此,准确记录和精确分析动态心电图至关重要。本文介绍了动态心电监测技术的发展历程,总结了各类动态心电监测设备的特点;从动态设备的导线选择,信号的采集、处理和判读等方面,强调了在临床实践以及临床研究中AECG技术的应用要点。
Ambulatory ECG(AECG)is very commonly employed in a variety of clinical contexts to detect cardiac arrhythmias and arrhythmia patterns which are not readily obtained from the routine ECG.The rhythm information derived from various AECG recording systems can often provide reliable diagnostic references in clinic.Therefore,it is crucial to make accurate recording and precise analysis of AECG.This paper introduces the development history of ambulatory monitoring technique and summarizes the features of various AECG monitoring devices.It also highlights the main points of lead selection,and signal acquisition,processing and interpretation when AECG technique is applied in clinical practice and clinical research.
